Every mode, every limit, in one place. If you want the short version, one upload produces every size a buyer orders and the photos to list them with — this page is for when you want to know exactly what you get.
Quick Start

Upload your artwork
Drop a JPG, PNG or WEBP. A file over 50 MB is re-encoded in your browser before it uploads. For large prints, aim for at least 3,000 px on the shortest side — or run AI Upscale first and let it build the master for you.

Pick the mode the listing needs
Size Packs for every size at once, Perfect Fit when you want to choose what stays in frame, Quick Export for a single size, My Packs for your own saved set, Room mockups for the listing photos, or Listing Kit for the size-chart and how-to images.

Generate, and chain if you want more
Each mode hands off to the next with your file already loaded, so nothing is uploaded twice. Upscale opens straight into Size Packs or Perfect Fit; both offer room mockups when the files are ready.

Download your ZIPs
Every file is 300 DPI, named with inches, centimetres and pixels, and packed so each ZIP stays under Etsy's 20 MB limit.

Upload to Etsy
Put the ZIPs in the listing's Digital files section and the room photos in the listing images. Everything you export is licensed for you to sell.

How To
One short list per job, in the words the app uses.
Make every size from one artwork
- Open Size Packs and drop your artwork (JPG, PNG or WEBP).
- Choose Portrait, Landscape or Square. Each pack shows its sizes and how many files it holds.
- Tick the packs you sell and press Generate. Each pack is its own ZIP.
- Press Download ZIP. The same screen offers “Put this print on a wall” and “Make listing images for this export”.
Square sizes are 1:1, so for a portrait or landscape artwork you choose the crop: Size Packs links you to Perfect Fit 1:1 for the whole set of seven, or to Quick Export for one square size.
Save your own size set and reuse it
- Open My Packs and press “New pack”.
- Name it and choose Portrait, Landscape or Square. You can start from Etsy Bestsellers, Square Print Set or Landscape Print Set.
- Pick up to seven sizes. The preview shows them at true relative size. Then press “Save to My Packs”.
- For every new artwork: drop the artwork, choose your set under Your packs, and choose Whole artwork (keeps the entire image) or Reframe (you set the framing, edges are trimmed).
- Press “Export pack” to get one ZIP.
A saved set remembers its orientation. If your artwork is landscape and the set is portrait, use Reframe or save a second set. A0 and 24×32 are not offered in a set; use Quick Export for those.
Make room mockups
- Finish a pack, then press “Put this print on a wall”. Or open Mockups and choose an export; an export stays available for mockups for about an hour, and the page shows how many minutes are left.
- Choose a saved room set under Your room sets, or leave it to get a sample of rooms for your artwork's shape.
- Press “Create 10 mockups” (it takes about half a minute). Free gets a full pack the first time and 3 rooms after that.
- Press Swap on any room you do not want, then “Download all” or download single rooms.
Mockups are made from the files in your export, so run the pack first.
Reuse your rooms on the next artwork
- On a finished Mockups result, press “Save as room set”.
- Type a name and press “Save as room set” again. A small picture of the artwork is kept with the set, and a counter shows how many sets you have saved.
- Next time open My Room Sets and press “Choose artwork”. Sets that work with that artwork come first.
- Press “Use this set” on the set you want.
My Packs saves your sizes; My Room Sets saves your rooms.
Make the size-chart and how-to images
- Open Listing kit at the bottom of the sidebar, or press “Make listing images for this export” after a pack.
- Check the line “Sizes shown” and press Change if you want another set.
- Choose a style: Clean, Bold, Soft, Minimal or Elegant, and switch between the Sizes image and the How-to image to look at both.
- Under Shop name and fonts and Logo and header, add your shop name, logo and a colour. You can add your own line on the how-to image.
- Press “Download both images” (two PNG files, 2000 × 2000 px; your browser may ask to allow multiple downloads), or “Download this image”.
Your shop name, logo and colour are remembered in this browser.
Every Mode
They all start from the same upload. Pick by what the listing needs, not by what you started with — you can move between them without uploading again.
Size Packs
When: You want every size a buyer might order, in one go.
You get: Five ratio packs — 2:3, 3:4, 4:5, ISO A-series and the common sizes — each as its own ZIP, portrait or landscape. The Square tab adds the seven 1:1 sizes, 5×5 to 24×24, in one ZIP: you choose the crop for your artwork in Perfect Fit 1:1, or one square size in Quick Export.
Your whole artwork is kept in every size, fitted around your subject.
Perfect Fit
When: You want to decide what sits inside each frame.
You get: The same artwork in any Etsy shape, framed where you choose, previewed before you export. The whole pack comes framed around the part you picked, including the Square crop.
You decide which edges the frame trims.
AI Upscale
When: Your file is small, or an AI tool made it, and you want to sell it large.
You get: A print-ready master, plus the size it will print sharp at 300 DPI, told to you before you commit. Hands straight to Size Packs or Perfect Fit.
Takes an input up to 10 MB — smaller than the other modes.
Room mockups
When: You need the listing photos.
You get: Ten room mockups of your print, ordered the way a listing wants them. Start from a finished export or drop the artwork in directly. Save your favourite rooms as a room set and reuse it on any artwork.
Dropping artwork in makes the print files and the mockups together. You keep both.
My Packs
When: You sell a specific set of sizes and want it every time.
You get: Your own saved size set, reused on every artwork after it, exported the same way as a ratio pack.
Up to seven sizes per set, including 24×36, which the ratio packs leave out. A0 and 24×32 are single-size exports in Quick Export.
Quick Export
When: One size, right now.
You get: A single file at 300 DPI, portrait or landscape, downloaded immediately.
No ZIP, no pack — the fastest path when the listing needs one file.
Listing Kit
When: You need the size-chart and how-to images for the listing.
You get: A size-chart image and a "How to get your print" image (2000×2000 PNG) with your shop name, logo and colours. No upload needed. Pick a style (Clean, Bold, Soft, Minimal or Elegant); free on every plan.
Built from the files you deliver, so the sizes always match what your buyer gets. Find it at the bottom of the sidebar, or from “Make listing images for this export” once a pack is ready.
My Room Sets
When: You want every new print shown in the same rooms.
You get: After a Mockups run, press Save as room set above the finished mockups. Next time, choose your artwork in My Room Sets and those rooms are one tap away.
My Packs saves your sizes; My Room Sets saves your rooms.
Set of 3
When: You want three prints side by side in one room.
You get: Three prints side by side in one room. Preview on any plan; creating the set is on Max.
Start it from Mockups. Plan: Max.
Chaining: one upload, all the way through
The modes hand off to each other. Nothing is uploaded twice and nothing is left behind between steps.
- AI Upscale → Size Packs or Perfect Fit. The next mode opens with your master already loaded, so the whole pack is built from the upscaled file rather than the original.
- Size Packs or Perfect Fit → Room mockups. Both offer “Put this print on a wall” once the files are ready, and the mockups are made from the export you just produced.
- Size Packs → Listing Kit. “Make listing images for this export” opens the Listing Kit with that export's sizes already filled in.
- Straight into Room mockups. Drop artwork into mockups directly and the print files it needs are made first, then the mockups. You keep both.
How Your Files Are Made
What happens between your upload and the ZIP, and why the files hold up in print.
Your upload
Your file is processed on our servers, used only to make the files you ask for, and deleted automatically after 7 days along with the finished files.
Fitting each shape
Most packs change your artwork's shape, say from 2:3 to 4:5. Size Packs, My Packs and Quick Export's Whole artwork option use subject-aware sizing: the main subject is found, and most of the shape change goes into the background and quieter areas, so the part buyers look at changes less. Your whole artwork is kept, nothing is cropped. When a size already matches your artwork's shape, or the change is too large for this method, the file is scaled evenly instead. Perfect Fit and Reframe crop instead, where you choose.
Resolution and 300 DPI
Every file is made at the pixel size its print needs at 300 DPI: an 8×10 is 2400×3000 px, a 24×36 is 7200×10800 px. If your artwork has fewer pixels than a size needs, it is enlarged to fill it. That is fine for smaller prints but softens the largest ones, so for sharp large prints start from at least 3,000 px on the shortest side, or run AI Upscale first.
Under Etsy's 20 MB
Every file is a high-quality JPG, and every ZIP is built to stay under Etsy's 20 MB limit. When a pack would go over, the files are compressed a little more until it fits. For the rare, very large and detailed pack, the biggest print can be saved at 240 or 200 DPI instead: same print size, and ordinary detail for a poster seen from a step back.

Every pack holds the sizes that share one shape, so a single file serves every frame in that group.

Every standard size, portrait or landscape: 28 sizes per run in five ratio packs, all at 300 DPI. Large formats (A0, 24×36, 24×32) come from Quick Export, and 24×36 also fits a saved set in My Packs. Square sizes (5×5, 8×8, 10×10) have their own Square tab in Size Packs.
What Your Download Looks Like
Every name carries the size three ways — inches, centimetres and pixels — so the file a buyer asks for is the file you reach for.

How to Upload to Etsy
- 1. Download your ZIPs, and the room photos if you made them
- 2. In Etsy, create or edit a digital listing
- 3. Put the ZIPs in the “Digital files” section — Etsy takes up to 20 MB per file, and every pack is built to stay under it
- 4. Put the room photos in the listing images, in the order they came
- 5. Prefer loose files? Extract the ZIP and upload the sizes separately
Everything you export is licensed for commercial use — the print files and the room photos alike, on every plan including free.

Uploads are JPG, PNG or WEBP; a file over 50 MB is re-encoded in your browser first. AI Upscale takes a smaller input, up to 10 MB, because it is building a much larger file from it. Prices are on the pricing page.

Starting smaller than the print needs
Aim for at least 3,000 px on the shortest side for large formats. If your file is under that, run AI Upscale first — it builds the master and tells you the size it will print sharp at.
Offering only one ratio
Frames come in different shapes, and a buyer picks the frame first. Including all five packs means every buyer gets a file made for the frame she owns, which is one ZIP more work and a listing that serves everyone.
Forgetting the listing photos
A buyer decides from the photos before she ever sees the files. Room mockups are on every plan, and running them from a finished export takes one click.
Worrying about DPI
Every output is 300 DPI. There is nothing to set and nothing to check.
