Each pack has its own orientation. If the artwork's orientation does not match, Export waits and you choose: use a matching pack, build one, or Reframe. Reframe lets you pick the point of the artwork that stays in the frame.
By default the whole artwork is fitted into each size. If you want a tighter crop, switch to Reframe and pick what stays in the frame.
